These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the iSport3 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By using iSport3, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus abuse — including multi-accounting, using VPNs to circumvent location restrictions, or exploiting promotional loopholes — will result in account termination.

To register and maintain an active Account on iSport3, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:
Underage Gambling is Strictly Prohibited. Any Account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be withheld pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities. iSport3 uses third-party age and identity verification services to enforce this requirement.
To open an Account, you must complete the iSport3 registration form by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You warrant that all information submitted during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number — is truthful and accurate.
iSport3 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit supporting documents including but not limited to a government-issued identity card (e.g., Malaysian MyKad), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims are processed.
iSport3 reserves the right to suspend account functionality, including deposits and withdrawals, until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the iSport3 Platform at any given time. The operation of duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Bonus Funds contained therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You agree to notify iSport3 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. iSport3 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.
iSport3 accepts deposits via the following methods for Malaysian users: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank Online Banking (FPX), CIMB Clicks (FPX), Public Bank (FPX), Hong Leong Bank (FPX), DuitNow QR, DuitNow Transfer, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether USDT (TRC20), and BNB. Accepted payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.
All Accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit confirmation. iSport3 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of initiation and confirmation of a cryptocurrency deposit.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The minimum deposit for e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) is MYR 20. The minimum deposit for FPX bank transfers is MYR 50. Minimum cryptocurrency deposit equivalents are specified on the deposit page and are subject to change.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your iSport3 Account are from a legitimate source and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used. Deposits made from payment methods not registered in your name may be declined or subjected to additional verification. iSport3 reserves the right to refuse any deposit at its sole discretion.
iSport3 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees. iSport3 has no control over and accepts no responsibility for fees imposed by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests are processed by iSport3 in accordance with the following indicative timescales: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers within 5 to 15 minutes; bank wire and cryptocurrency withdrawals within 15 to 60 minutes. These are indicative processing times and are not guaranteed. iSport3 shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or cryptocurrency network congestion.
Withdrawals will ordinarily be processed to the same payment method used for the User's most recent qualifying deposit. iSport3 reserves the right to require withdrawal to an alternative method in cases where the original deposit method does not support outbound transfers.
iSport3 may require the completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withholding of withdrawal processing until such documentation is received and verified.
Minimum withdrawal amounts and applicable daily, weekly, or monthly limits are displayed on the Withdrawal page within your Account. These limits are subject to change. VIP Account holders may benefit from elevated withdrawal limits at iSport3's discretion.
iSport3 reserves the right to withhold or delay processing a withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other breach of these Terms. During any investigation, the relevant Account and funds may be suspended pending resolution.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives offered by iSport3 are subject to specific terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, qualifying game types, and expiry date are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
Welcome bonuses are available to new registered Users only, limited to one claim per User, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim welcome bonuses through multiple or duplicate Accounts will be treated as bonus abuse.
The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in the voiding of all Bonus Funds, cancellation of associated winnings, and potential Account termination:
iSport3 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any Bonus Funds not yet subject to a valid pending wager at the time of a promotion's withdrawal will be removed from the Account.
All bets placed on iSport3 are subject to acceptance by iSport3 at its sole discretion. A bet is not confirmed until you have received a written confirmation within the Platform. iSport3 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason.
Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by market, event type, and Account status. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. iSport3 may apply individual Account-level limits at its discretion, including in cases of suspected professional or arbitrage betting activity.
In the event that a bet is accepted at manifestly incorrect odds due to a system error, typographical error, or human error, iSport3 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return stakes to the relevant Account. iSport3 will use reasonable endeavours to identify and correct errors in a timely manner.
Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation or postponement beyond defined thresholds; force majeure events; technical failures affecting bet acceptance or settlement; evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation; and manifestly incorrect odds as described in Clause 8.3.
Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as determined by the relevant governing body. In cases of dispute, iSport3's settlement decision, based on available official sources, shall be final. Settlement is typically completed within one hour of the conclusion of the relevant event, though this may be extended in complex cases.
Users of iSport3 are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:
Violation of any of the above prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms. iSport3 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any Account found to be in breach, withhold all balances pending investigation, and refer the matter to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
All content on the iSport3 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, icons, interface design, source code, software, data compilations, and game content — is the exclusive property of iSport3 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of iSport3.
Any unauthorised use of iSport3's intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, iSport3 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:
iSport3 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. iSport3 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit iSport3's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting iSport3's customer support team. Upon receiving a valid closure request, iSport3 will process the request within a reasonable timeframe. Any genuine real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via an approved withdrawal method, subject to outstanding wagering requirement fulfilment and any pending KYC obligations.
iSport3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; fraud or suspected fraud; money laundering or suspected money laundering; provision of false information; bonus abuse; prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 9; or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
Upon Account termination for cause, iSport3 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real-money balances may be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation. Where termination is initiated without cause by iSport3, any legitimate real-money balance will be returned to the User in full.
iSport3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, iSport3 will take reasonable steps to notify registered Users, which may include a notification within the Platform or via email.
Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 13.1.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes. The current version of the Terms is always accessible on this page.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction applicable under iSport3's international operating licence. iSport3 does not operate under Malaysian domestic gaming legislation, as no such regulatory framework currently governs online gambling in Malaysia.
In the event of a dispute between a User and iSport3, Users are encouraged to first contact iSport3's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If informal resolution is not achieved, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause shall limit iSport3's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to prevent or address any actual or threatened breach of these Terms.
